Basic Package: Pedestal Stand Setup
- 2-man crew securely sets up flat panel TV on a stand or entertainment rack
- Connect system to a pre-existing power supply
- Attach cables from TV to all audio/video components
- Ensure all wires and cables are neatly dressed using cable ties
- Demonstrate product features and train on basic system operation
Deluxe Package: Standard Wall Mount
For flat panel TVs (screens up to 32" / 37" - 100")
- Includes all services from Basic Package
- Field engineer conducts a site survey upon arrival
- Install wall mounting bracket on a standard wall frame
- Mount and secure display on the wall
- Integrate display into your existing audio/video system
Premium Package: Wall Mount & Wire Concealment
For flat panel TVs (screens up to 32" / 37" - 100")
- Includes all services from Basic & Deluxe Packages
- Conceal all audio & video cables (up to 12 feet) inside the wall for a clean, wire-free look*
Gold & Platinum Packages: Ceiling & Projectors
- Gold: Ceiling mounted installation of a projector with a manual pull-down OR motorized screen.
- Platinum: Ceiling-mounted installation of a flat panel TV.
- Includes all Basic & Deluxe services plus cable concealment (up to 12 feet)*
Note: Special conditions apply to screens larger than 50", installations above fireplaces, above standard height, or with articulated arm mounts.
Surround Sound Installation Packages
Basic Surround Sound (5 Speakers + Subwoofer)
- Pre-installation survey conducted by a field engineer
- Integrate new components into your existing system
- Neatly dress cables and route wires securely along the baseboards
Deluxe & Premium Surround Sound
- Deluxe: Up to 3 speakers mounted on wall/ceiling with wire concealment.
- Premium: Up to 6 speakers mounted on wall/ceiling with wire concealment.
- Includes all items from the Basic package.

Additional Services
- Audio Patch Panels: We install studio-professional audio patch panels on the wall and terminate all connections (audio, composite, component, HDMI) for easy interchangeable connectivity.
- On-Site Consultation: We come to your home or office and provide up to 2 hours of system design and acoustic consultation.
- Premium Remote Control Programming: Custom system operation and macro functions for Pronto, Home Theater Masters, and universal remotes.
- Professional Screen Calibration: We professionally calibrate your flat panel TV or projector to dramatically improve contrast, color accuracy, and picture quality.
*Note regarding wire/cable concealment: In locations where there is inadequate access for standard wall-fishing, or where the wall contains insulation, vapor barriers, or other obstructions, wire may be concealed by installer-provided paintable track molding. Installer will finish wall-fished cable exit points with a bushing or plate. Based on the complexity of the in-wall wiring, additional charges could apply and will be discussed during the installation. For distances longer than 12 feet, special orders must be placed for proper cables and additional labor charges may apply. All installation packages include installation into 1 room. If additional work is requested, the installer will provide a quote prior to performing work.
